This summer I have tried to make a big effort to take the kids out to try new and different things. I have made myself a list a couple of months ago of possible places to go. This week we took a trip to the Discovery Gateway. I am proud of myself that I drove to Salt Lake, parked, kept track of four busy kids and had fun at the same time.
After a couple of hours at the Gateway I decided I deserved a reward and took the kids to Hires Big h for lunch. I swear that is the best food ever.

How fun. I heard lots of great things about that place - we just haven't been there yet. I'll have to add it to "my list".
